Please be aware The Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to “personalised goods or goods made to a consumer’s specification” therefore we can not reimburse any fees or postage charges for goods that have been purchased in the wrong size and/or colour. When returning faulty goods they should be sent by Recorded Delivery.
We are however pleased to offer a full refund or replacement policy on goods which have been delivered damaged or faulty. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Please advise My Golf Pals immediately by email so we can agree refund or replacement.. Faulty goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt and should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories where upon receipt, the agreed investigation/refund/replacement will be actioned.
When returning faulty goods they should be sent by Recorded Delivery. The return postage is Non-Refundable.
All goods are examined in detail prior to despatch to ensure that they leave us in perfect condition. However, transit damage unfortunately can occur. If your purchase is showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately. If damage is only evident upon opening of the packaging, then you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. In either case, we will then arrange re-delivery or replacement goods as soon as possible
